pool area can get a little neglected

i had 7 kids n 3 adults

parking was a little far

everything was fantastic; staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, fantastic breakfast with lots of options, beautiful facility and amenities

loved the quiet pool snd the view

breakfast need to improve. the location is great.

room was nice, they allow the pool to stay open so a late swim without kids around was wonderful

they had so many nice amenities for small children - my kids loved the pool, pirate ship and playgrounds

wifi was extremely weak

rooms, over priced, no elevator, no room service, bo cleaning service, best up rooms, mattresses make a crunching sound

we visited when literally everything but this hotel and one bar were closed

it was first level and had kitchen

loved the indoor/outdoor pool

it was raining a little and they offered us golf cart towels so we could dry off the seats and help keep us dry

the location was close to town and there was plenty of parking for the guests.

only improvement i would suggest is to have some lighting fixtures placed in the parking area for the rooms in the rear

very convenient to downtown. quiet area, good parking, easy in and out.

i loved everything from the bar to the rooms to the arcade and laser tag and mini bowling.

the on-site amenities were a pleasant surprise, with a bowling alley offering free games, plus a bar and restaurant

have to check in at the bar that is attached to the hotel which could be a bit inconvenient if you have small children

the hotel offered tons of amenities like a bar and restaurant downstairs along with a bowling alley which was free for the guests

the bar staff was equally kind, and the food was good

room service food was good and that the water park was included in room.

we ordered room service took forever to get our food then the order wasn't right

we should have been told that you have to ask for room service

i was disappointed because i thought we paid for a bay view but got a view of the parking lot

loved all the things the kids could do throughout the resort

the room service was good always came back to neatly made beds after the park

the second thing was when we left the room saturday morning for competition we had a room service thing hanging on our door wanting clean towels, coffee and sugar refill and have them

courteous and helpful, the room was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, great pool, and top-notch breakfast

easily accessible location. very clean, friendly staff, plenty of parking.

pool and gym were nice with outside area for use

no breakfast, gym or pools as stated on line.

the staff were especially nice, even having to go bags for breakfast on the run

i would like to put a shout out to the hostess for saturday morning breakfast she was awesome and so was the girl working with her that had brown & red hair

great breakfast

they assisted us in every request, from helping us setup wifi [in person] and providing us with a coffeemaker

would have been nice to have wifi

only issue was we couldn t find the wifi password
