room was awesome and very clean but there were room service trays everywhere in the hall way, some of them with food on it

the phones would not call out to the front desk, and no info on room service

the kitchen was not open for room service. we had to order out.

every weekend this hotel has 1 or 2 weddings and hotel parking lot overfull and the bar/restaurant is understaffed

are cigar aficionados and we requested a cab to take us to churchill's cigar bar in birmingham and the marriot provided the shuttle service,it was a pleasant

breakfast selection was good, but seating environment failed miserably

the option to visit lifetime fitness since their pool is closed.

i didnt come from the breakfast but it was not great. don't count on it!
