(+) no more daily room service though - and no one told us (+) limited room service, but still offered (+)the bed was very comfortable and the room service was excellent! (-)were no plugs next to the bed, no room service unless you stayed 5 nights or more and had to ask for towels on a daily basis (-) this wouldn't have been so bad if the hotel had room service or a restaurant open at night, but it didn't (-) we stayed for 3 days and room service was not offered
