to ask for room service on the second day pool was cold

phone for 30 mins for room service nobody answering had to call on landline they said they were

lack of room service, having to pay for breakfast not being able to charge it to the room, carpets were

no room service of any sort and service in the bar and restaurant very poor, staff lacked knowledge

we had room service for breakfast and dinner one day and it was lovely

the bar is well stocked and badger ales are my favourite

the restaurant & bar got unbearably hot a couple of nights as every window was closed and the heat full on

we were to be offered it, the cottage has absolutely everything you could need, fully fitted kitchen, all mod cons, comfy bed, ensuite, a real home from home, i don't want to leave

kitchen was great - a range, belfast sink, and really well equipped - the only self catering place

good to have permission to bring our dog kitchen well stocked, although teflon is comingoff both frying pans - its toxic

perfect location for getting around and bonus that there is car parking available

about my stay was exceptional - early check in and even gave me a lift to the station so i did not miss my train

devon court is spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, great location

is a superb host and rebecca makes breakfast a pleasure with her cheery greeting and attention

staff were absolutely fabulous, all of them (reception, bar, breakfast, room service, etc) could not do enough to make sure we were comfortable and having a good time, (-) from reception to room service everyone is very friendly and great customer care procedures (-) the room service offered cod and chips although they didn't have any (+)reserved parking; friendly, helpful staff; room service early breakfast. (-)room service was not as good (-) room service was very good but although there was 2 of us sharing the room, i (-) we only had room service one day which was 4 o clock in the afternoon
