this is my second stay at this location and i ordered room service which was delightfully yummy

room service was poor, they screwed up our order twice once they sent our order to room 420 instead

parking is terrible restaurant not open after 10 p.m. no room service

the pool, while wonderful, had some cosmetic damages - nothing major.

kids said the pool was cold....other than that, nothing!

nice gym with free weights, bench, cable machine, treadmills, elliptical and rowing machine

drinks at the verbena bar were excellent

small area with all concrete/glass walls created such a brutal attack on the senses when a lot of kids were screaming and splashing and crying

i encountered on the staff from valet to front desk to room service to housekeeping was exceptionally friendly and helpful

the valet parking staff went over and above what was expected, to the check-in staff, to room service

their room service was amazing- we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come

more choices on room service menu but given the size of the hotel it isn t to be expected

hated that we had to pay for parking at the hotel. room service food was underwhelming.
