very nice and responsive staff, from front desk to room service staff very active in keeping reception/front desk area clean (carpeted areas, floors, (-) we did not receive room service even though we were there for 4 nights, when we went to the front desk for towels or (-)towels not available since there was no room service until after 3 days
loved the hotel. very clean and spacious. pool was good.

the whole stay, bathroom is on the small side and the pool area was a nightmare with wild kids

i loved how clean the pool area was, even in the corners and niches that usually get forgotten
the renovating..pool door and back door key pads don t work.
treadmill in the fitness room is out of order
super staff, very clean, and great breakfast.
