room service was good but can only order until 9:00pm. mario was great!!

went to use the pool and hot tub but there were just to many roudy kids with no supervision

complaint would have to be long wait for the elevator and also some guest didn t remember their laundry from the washing machine and i had to wait an hour and a half to begin needed laundry
