was no breakfast,no wifi, no heat,an the price i was supposed to pay wasn't what i paid for and no tv

and we hoped the microwave would work so we could make our breakfast but it didn't work and the wifi was very slow and didn't work before late at night

i love that we had full room service each day upon request and the hotel staff were super nice and pleasant to deal with
