pool was open but cold, according to my family

like the hotel staff and the free breakfast and the room was very clean and neat

wifi was slow

parking for standard size vehicles was never a problem

no room service done while we stayed there and the staff was clueless when asked for it

didn't get room service the whole stay, even when i asked for it

room service was practically non existent even when asked just for towel change and trash removal

same person was delivering room service and working behind the bar

also, i wish the pool was open, i guess the weather was an issue

i enjoyed a morning workout on the nice gym

kids look forward to going swimming when we go to a hotel

we ordered room service this time and the food was excellent

room service and concern of guests, valet guys were very attentive but the desk service was no

i have a room service charge that wasn't mine.

also called for room service & was told we couldn't do that, although it was listed
