i would most certainly book this room again, arrive at check in, order room service, and not leave until check out

cleanliness and pool

room was very spacious for my family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults)

rooms wallpaper was peeling off, the room was not cleaned prior to my visit and when i called for room service she agreed the room was dirty, pool had soaked food on the floor and big clumps of

is was ok but it would have been nice to know ahead of time or

i was given a queen room instead of a king like i wanted, spa and fitness center closed, pool stunk, had trash in pool, water broke so could not take a shower, and

pool was super cold, not even enjoyable for an indoor pool

room & location were excellent the pool was great - everyone really enjoyed it it was quiet - couldn't hear traffic from the hallways,
