the pool wasnt open and the room didn't get as cool as normal for hotel room.

shuttle on time

two cop cars were pulling into the americinn and about 10 teenagers were hanging out in the parking lot

room service menu for my second night was missing and front desk sent me on a wild chase to find

the bed! the room service breakfast. the quiet heating/cooling/fan.

microwave, no room service, the doors on the bathtub were installed backwards so open at the wrong end

no free coffee set up for the morning, no room service, i am disabled and could not go down to eat at the restaurant and when i asked if they

tried the bananas foster french toast via room service, and it was well worth the $$ spent

front desk staff was so great, i was super stressed out about the shuttle cause it was the first time i used it and he was so great and

the helpful shuttle, thank you.

and being poolside wasn't what we would of chosen, but the price, location, and shuttle made it worth it

hotel has a shuttle for airport but we didn t know that so we paid for a cab

really loved how shuttle would take and pick you up anywhere with in about a 3 miles radius!!

maybe make the shuttle run on sundays. we ran into a snag because of that.

to the airport, we had an early morning flight, there was food and coffee ready at 4:00am and shuttle was on time

included airport shuttle system is a huge plus, all we had to when we landed in the des moines airport was talk with

the parking situation was also well accommodating

farther away from my job, but the staff, mattresses, linens, hot shower water, and the indoor pool made quality hands down with every mile

very comfortable room & price was great - wifi authentication was slow but speed was good- bed was comfortable

the wifi for my ps5 didnt work. smelled like weed. the beds weren't soft they were very firm.
