no room service making beds etc

the room service food was outstanding

never saw room service once in four days we stayed

i did not know they had a pool, it looked nice

glad i found it and not my kids, otherwise great

how much we spent there was no room service, everything closed early for a casino

were looking forward to the pool and spa, when we arrived the pool was closed for maintenance and the spa was only doing haircuts

the spa was overpriced and had hidden fees if you aren t receiving certain services.

the spa was also entirely booked out

lol the following morning we also did a spa day

and for the money i paid for the room should of had room service 24 hr

we ordered room service three times and each time they forgot something

wish room service had regular options all day like cookies, french fries, mozzarella sticks etc

things i didn't like we're that the phone didn't work on the work desk and we couldn't order room service

d 4 guests and only given 3 towels and two wash cloths)and no room service but there were close by restaurants

with the room we changed our plans and just stayed in the room for the night and ordered room service instead of going out

the only downside is parking is slightly inconvenient but very minor issue and definitely won t stop us from staying

great customer service, right downtown, complimentary shuttle to the nearby concert, and free parking in a parking garage

virus made for no room service, no breakfast included so i wish we had stayed in or near leclaire

they didn't have valet parking or service for luggage.

entrance to the hotel is quite far from parking

she stated she didn t know when the lake view room would be cleaned and gave us a view of the parking lot instead

the gym has more equipment than most hotel gyms

tv channels were good. wifi was good.

choose this hotel for the hot breakfast and pool, never got a chance to use the pool though

good location for my needs. nice pool and h8t tub. enjoyed my stay.
