no room service available

stayed from april 5th - 10th and didn't get any room service

in my life but before going to bed, i saw a huge spider in the room, had called the front desk/room service and no one was answering so i stood up to keep checking to make sure it stood in the

we dial for room services it did not work we had to call front desk from us to be transferred to the guest

room with the spa tub is the only 1 i've stayed at so far at this hotel, but let me tell you, that room is nice

only saw that people from the main telegraph street can come into the underground parking lot which was little uncomfortable because i saw drug addicts hanging near there

place feels new, staff was very helpful in accommodating parking for our small trailer

rooms are very clean, everything is new, parking feels very secure, mini fridge in room

you will need to ask for room service if needed

were cigarette burns in the comforter and there were random men riding around on bikes in the parking area

(-) the second thing, the wifi isn t strong enough to reach inside the rooms (-)wifi and tv quality (+) the wifi working and tv having all the apps (netflix, youtube, etc (+) good quality free wifi (+)nice staff, clean room, free good wifi (-)hotel did not provide me with the wifi information (-)wifi was poor, towels were dirty, parking was tricky and a bit scarce (-)no wifi, tv didn't work. (-) the second night the wifi didn't work

very courteous and promptly at 10:59 maids were knocking at my door to find out if i needed room service and to check out when

everything was great from the front desk, room service and the room

the receptionist wasn't helping just told me i didn't request the room service, it was out of expectation

the gratuity was for both room service and for eating in the

coffee machine was not working and we weren t able to order any room service

also did have some issue with the room phone where it did not dial out to the front desk nor room service
