the bar staff was equally kind, and the food was good
i loved everything from the bar to the rooms to the arcade and laser tag and mini bowling.
the on-site amenities were a pleasant surprise, with a bowling alley offering free games, plus a bar and restaurant
free wine and free beer and a chocolate bar in the room upon arrival
have to check in at the bar that is attached to the hotel which could be a bit inconvenient if you have small children

we ordered room service took forever to get our food then the order wasn't right
we should have been told that you have to ask for room service

the breakfast pancake machine not working properly lady standing on head ruin my kids excitement to prepare pancakes for
the breakfast, pool and laundry facilities

rooms, over priced, no elevator, no room service, bo cleaning service, best up rooms, mattresses make a crunching sound
the pool and the pool bar to early but you can't blame them with covid 19 stuff going on in the world
wifi, no breakfast on saturday, tv only had one channel and took staff 2 days to come fix it
it stated discount rate for hotel guests, for golf carts but i seen cheaper rates at other places

very convenient to downtown. quiet area, good parking, easy in and out.
the location was close to town and there was plenty of parking for the guests.
only improvement i would suggest is to have some lighting fixtures placed in the parking area for the rooms in the rear
