no towels by the pool. the linen and towels can use a upgrade.

kitchen came equipped with everything i needed. breakfast was free and there was a heated pool.

didn't like that the pool was freezing even they say it was heated

(*)the pool was nice, they kept the pool room very warm which was a nice touch. (-) also the pool wasnt open and it wasnt mentioned anywhere at the time of reservation (+)the pool and room (-)pool hours, closed to early. (+)the location is excellent. the gym is nice, pool was under maintenance so can't comment on that. i also was not happy to hear that the pool was closed upon my arrival as i have four kids and that is their favorite part of the trip

spa was not too impressive to look at, but we had a wonderful couples massage

in addition, the dining options were very limited and there was no room service

the door to my room was very hard to open and close, no room service available and didn t have any don t disturb signs
