(*)the pool was nice, they kept the pool room very warm which was a nice touch. (-) also the pool wasnt open and it wasnt mentioned anywhere at the time of reservation (+)the pool and room (-)pool hours, closed to early. (+)the location is excellent. the gym is nice, pool was under maintenance so can't comment on that. (-)just didn't like that the pool and ice machine were off the day that i visit and also the lack of vending machines and the (+)the pool and gym are great

accommodate our needs by providing us with a large one bedroom suite with connecting room for the kids and another bedroom across the hall

spa was not too impressive to look at, but we had a wonderful couples massage

took $100 with absolutely no service in mind including complete lack of bottled water or room service or any other service for that matter
