i know this one is out of the hands of the hotel, but wasn't able to take my 4-year old to the pool because it was full of unrulily kids (a lot of (-)the indoor pool was very cold. (+) the kids loved the pool (+)pool was nice, breakfast was great, very friendly (-)pool was gross, it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time (-)pool and fitness area closed (-)the heated pool was not heated. it was not working (-)the pool was closed.
