pool/spa area is very nice for a nice sauna and swim

the outside pool was out of action but that was explained due to new tiling being done

the kids loved the events

otto, the golf cart driver and bike tour coordinator, was simply outstanding

the gifts for the kids on arrival were a lovely touch as were the balloon, cakes etc for my birthday

the gothic looking hotel has wonderful spaces for relaxing and there was even a small swimming pool with steam and dry sauna which was great in a nearby setting staff very friendly and helpfull

it also has a gym, pool and spa which are available to guests

double windows keep all noise out and black out curtains are great pool sauna and steam and gym are also fab
