pool times for my teenager (nearly 14) were quite limited (-)the steam room was under renovation. so we didn't really use the spa as it was just a pool. (+)beautiful grounds and room, amazing pool and spa, usual exceptional service. (-)on use of pool due to covid (+) great spa facilities and pool too (-)spa needed to have more than just pool & steam room. (+) we enjoyed the use of the pool and my daughter went riding while we were there which was also great (-)the spa, fitness, pool - is not in the main building. (+) also a word about the spa which has a lovely pool (-) the gym and pool areas are nice, but not exceptional compared with other luxury hotels

only thing if you love the gym it is very small but otherwise it s perfect

the spa was perfect for a quick break while the children enjoyed an hour at the incredible kids club

rooms were lovely and the bed was so comfortable, grounds were great and spa was well worth a visit

dave made sure our family could get use of the pool one night after our day of legoland which was very nice of him

to use the pool for the kids but we weren t told that the pool for the kids stoped at 5 o clock as only

the pool is basically a massive jacuzzi, there was a good steam room and a sauna also

pool opens at 8am on the weekends which was too late as i was leaving heathrow airport at 12:30pm

a bigger pool please
