the food was very good, spa facilities,pool and gym although not massive were also good ,located few minutes walk from the front

far from the victoria clock tower such amazing staff and so much going on entertainment and the bar and (smoke house restaurant) amazing spa attached and wow so much more you can book rooms so (+)were so friendly, clean, cosy rooms, affordable, location was perfect, the restaurant and bar and breakfast also all (+) entertainment was great fun especially the karaoke it was nice to chill in the bar area there are lots of board games to choose for kids to play with (+)lovely family room with a great bar and games facility (-)great bar with games. we already had dinner plans but the restaurant looked great too. (+) hotel bar was also lovely

was very noisy during the night and had a knock knock ginger guest at 3am which terrified my kids

like the bees, think that it would be good to have a real into the pool so that people that can't get down or up steps

of the reasons we like to come to this hotel is because of their heated outdoor pool which was not up and running during our stay

friendly staff, especially the lifeguards round the pool, who were very attentive and gave our little one a couple of floats to play with

good location, clean (though dated) rooms, swimming pool and staff. (-)the smell of the chlorine from the swimming pool below. (-) plunge pool was nice but felt it could have been cleaner (+)hotel service very good, my grandson loved the swimming pool and the table tennis, we enjoyed our stay we definitely will return soon (-)just the smell from the swimming pool. it was unavoidable though. (+) pool, gym, fantastic views over the sea and the town (-)many children in the pool (-)pool was bit disappointing as quite small (+) the view from our room of the sea front was amazing the pool and hot tub just (-)faint smell of the swimming pool in the lobby but you soon forget about it.

staff clean throughout ud83dudc4c swimming pool, gym, games(pool ect) lovely location, nice area, good walks to the beach (-)pool bit cold, it is january though (+) swimming pool, football table, table tennis), peaceful and quiet surroundings (+) i loved the inside swimming pool and the balcony in the room was an added bonus (+) loved the leisure area pool and gym (+) to have a swimming pool was brilliant and used a few times it was very clean (+) just loved the pool and spa, again super clean and it made our stay extra special (+)swimming pool was excellent so clean and the games facilities for children (+)enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi the restaurant food was good and staff friendly and efficient (+) location was great, breakfast was lovely & plentiful, pool & spa bath were relaxing & due to time slots were not overcrowded (+)we loved the pool and outdoor space
