the food was very good, spa facilities,pool and gym although not massive were also good ,located few minutes walk from the front

far from the victoria clock tower such amazing staff and so much going on entertainment and the bar and (smoke house restaurant) amazing spa attached and wow so much more you can book rooms so (+)were so friendly, clean, cosy rooms, affordable, location was perfect, the restaurant and bar and breakfast also all (+) entertainment was great fun especially the karaoke it was nice to chill in the bar area there are lots of board games to choose for kids to play with (+)lovely family room with a great bar and games facility (-)great bar with games. we already had dinner plans but the restaurant looked great too. was very noisy during the night and had a knock knock ginger guest at 3am which terrified my kids

all agreed the whole stay was excellent the staff were very friendly and we ate in the bar in the evenings from the restaurant menu, the food was first class, and service was excellent

of the reasons we like to come to this hotel is because of their heated outdoor pool which was not up and running during our stay

friends felt the pool opened too late and closed too early

with the pool it s great out of season, when you have a rainy day we just go in the spa and relax
