and my kids loved the heated pool
close to ferry access. the pool and hot tub very relaxing.
pool was clean but the furnishings around the pool were pretty dirty

the pool, gym and how our room was in close proximity
were working on the property and it was very noisy by the pool
unfortunately, the weather prevented us from using it and the pool facilities
very clean room. pool was the best we've had at a hotel and so clean.

biggest problem was the wifi or lack of we couldn't log on and if we did only for a few seconds very very
the wifi connection in our room wasnt the best, but it was somehow sometimes working.
was ok, but a little odd that the room service didn't completely make my sisters bed
good breakfast selection and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and cookies
the staff was accommodating, friendly and the breakfast was very good
