the restaurant is amazing, the pool is spacious, the rooms are clean and luxurious, and the special touches: slippers, bathrobes,
finding out after we checked in that there would be a $25 fee to use the pool. ridiculous!
no pool and no lobby due to covid but that s not their fault.

game room has everything outdated, pool table is awfully cheap, and air hockey worn out, darts are broken

shower turned into a pool if you left the water on for 5 mins
a pool would have been great, lose the plush seating area on the top floor and make a pool area.
room location very central close of union sq & cable car the sauna & spa pool even thought we were surprised to see that men&women had to use different saunas
