everything. the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. the spa and pool were amazing too

location perfect being on the level roads in street - near shops, swimming pool (in summer), and also my daughter and family who live nearby

there was obviously a party going on down the hall and that kept my kids awake in their room

double spa bath was amazing and the general decor was nice

also, the restaurant was shut and bar shutting when i arrived, not really acceptable nowadays for a hotel

selection of meals where disapointing, but understandable since the kitchen was getting refurnished

the bed was so comfortable, and the food from the golf restaurant was also very good, and very cheap

the honesty bar is such a lovely idea to for a beautiful home this is unheard of before

through the large entrance gates and travelled along the road through the perfectly manicured golf course we knew this was a special place

beautiful grounds, lovely old house and a comfortable room. the honesty bar was a nice touch.

the improvements to the pool area was a real treat

tub suite room 18 absolutely amazing private garden with hot tub then gate straight out to heated pool and spa we had room service breakfast we had ice bucket and glass bought to our suite for our

to but still perfectly useful with everything you could need: outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor swimming pool, indoor hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room & plenty of seating indoors/outdoor

in the menus for lunch and dinner and same menu each day rooms a bit dated, overly warm outdoor pool too cold to use, only slightly warm steam room out of use too far to pop into bath

beds very comfortable, kitchen facilities and ample breakfast supplies

the kitchen is well decked out, breakfast good

outdoor space for us and the kids to use was great

of the accommodation was great, and it was a lovely touch having milk and bread etc left in the kitchen for us

so nice to have a living area while the kids are in bed

i gave it 8 instead of 9 mainly because it doesn t have a gym or pool etc which i knew anyway but that s what would have made it stand out even more than it

get the wifi on the tv to work or the coffee machine to work in the room but only minor

toiletries, across the street from a fantastic pub, the raven, good wifi, quiet location
