great location for millfield pool and outlet village both walkable

location perfect being on the level roads in street - near shops, swimming pool (in summer), and also my daughter and family who live nearby

gym didn’t open till 8am when normal people go to work

bar meal in the evening was excellent and good value

only bar menu served in the evening

nice lounges and even a pool table for a few games prior our dinner

wonderful building with a bar and restaurant but we were unable to use the pool table after 9

no pool

would have been nice if it had a pool / spa

my only thing i d have loved was a pool as it would have entertained the kids an hour or so .

the hydro pool was brilliant and it was great seeing the stars from the outside part of the pool

everything. the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. the spa and pool were amazing too

my room had a private courtyard with it's own entrance to the pool

only small point of note was the water temperatures in the spa - too warm in the pool and cold in the jacuzzi

with a door direct to the swimming pool

only other criticism swimming pool not operating and jacuzzi jets didn't

i was hoping to be able to swim so it would be good to know when the pool will be working, as many colleagues have commented that this has been an ongoing thing for a

com wasn't accurate, so we were disappointed as we'd filtered the hotels based on it having a pool, which is no longer

perhaps a swimming pool!!!

pool are and spa was a real luxury after a busy day

clean,comfort,modern,location,breakfast,coffee

the just was fantastic, he came to our room with milk and crumpets even though there was already breakfast cereals in the room

the kitchen was perfect for our needs

bonus was for the kids to see the horses in the farm

happy with the roomy accommodation, kitchen was well equipped, with food, drinks, etc
