pool was closed due to covid 19

room was big and comfortable , pool was fun and everyone was friendly and helpful.

'heated pool' was cold. 'hot tub' was luke warm. no free anything, not even water.

pool was closed without reducing the price, unfortunate because the price was rather expensive for

good location close to shopping & restaurants good breakfast selections

he was able to give us a an early check in so that we could change our clothes and freshen up since we were arriving only a few

i suspect during the season we would have made some friends in the pool, spa, or bar

out of their way to accommodate me, second breakfast by staff, pub open late, spa open for

the outdoor spa we spent over an hour in it and it was 20 degrees outside

breakfast was very minimal so we ate else where and the pool area was closed but everything else was great

things about the hotel like the card readers not working on the outside doors and in fact the pool has been waiting for a part forever but outside
