pool was too cold. no hot tub

the pool was cold and the spa wasn't hot/jets didn't work

i wanted a room with a whirlpool for my granddaughters who were staying there too

booked a room with a whirlpool in it but the room i was given had no whirlpool

i wasn't looking for a place with a pool or exercise room that i didn't need or use, just a place that's clean and comfy to sleep
