pool was closed without reducing the price, unfortunate because the price was rather expensive for

i wasn't looking for a place with a pool or exercise room that i didn't need or use, just a place that's clean and comfy to sleep

'heated pool' was cold. 'hot tub' was luke warm. no free anything, not even water.

no breakfast due to covid but that part we all understand

booked a room with a whirlpool in it but the room i was given had no whirlpool

pool was closed and would have liked for it to be open.

in is a beautiful place to stay, love the inside pool and sitting area

and definitely the upselling on a jacuzzi room after i read pool was closed and then asked if hot tub was open

first stay we were told pool was closed due to unavailability of chemicals needed for pool

the hotel part was nice, pool was great, the staff were really nice. the pool was big.
