its clean and the pool and hot tub are awesome

the pool and hot tub were crystal clear and well maintained

the kind staff to the ready hot tub, to the cool pool to the fresh breakfast, i could not say anything more about how great it all was, props to

pool was closed and no normal breakfast because of covid, but that was out of the hotels control

the hotel had ample parking, easy check in, check out; although i didnt use the pool, it looked fun

daughter loved the pool, the hours were fantastic

offer a shuttle for free directly from the airport when you get in

so convenient to the syracuse airport and the shuttle made it perfect

also, the last time i stayed at your location (2 months ago), the pool was closed due to maintenance (+) great clean rooms and awesome hot tub and pool (-)not using the swimming pool (-)the heater for the pool was broke and being replaced so the pool was freezing (+)pool and spa (+)kids loved the pool (-)the only thing i wish was different was that the pool was closed my entire stay. (-)the pool was cold and kids couldn't swim, one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. (+)it was a very well kept hotel. clean and accommodating . had indoor pool. (+)was great, room was clean, pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was just what we needed befor the drive home

we liked the pool, hot tub, fitness center and breakfast

and make this chain our first choice for their price, hot breakfasts, and facilities such as fitness rooms

booked soley for their outdooor pool but it was bfoken so they cancelled my reservations

outdoor pool was not open during our stay
