grandaughter loved the pool

kids loved the pool and i utilized the gym

pool and gym were clean

the beautiful patio with fire pit, kids loved the pool, and the staff was great!

machine & laundry were broke the first night

our flight got switched and i called to see if we could get a early check in

free hot breakfast and on-site laundry.

laundry facility washers had hair/detergent build-up and only used powder, which was not available

no open pool and satellite tv

water in indoor pool to be warmer and less chlorine.

i didn’t get to swim in the pool got back to the hotel to late.

specifically chose this hotel b/c of the swimming pool

because they had indoor pool but upon arriving they stated there was no use to the pool or jacuzzi

facility was beautiful, even better than the pictures the pool is heated it connects outside, and is open until 11pm

pool/arcade room should be open a little longer, we were sad when the fun had to end at 10pm

i also didn t know the pool would be open already

was exceptional, but one thing was they didn t have indoor pool

but the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful

room service was a huge plus, and the pool and outdoor terrace area was very nice
