we spent 1-2 hours at the pool and another parent called the desk to inform them we needed towels

i didn’t get to swim in the pool got back to the hotel to late.

a shortage on pool towels but understandable because they where booked to capacity that

laundry facility washers had hair/detergent build-up and only used powder, which was not available

i wish there was a hot tub, but the pool was nice
kids had a lot of fun at the indoor/outdoor pool and free arcade
like the pool, it was very warm
facility was beautiful, even better than the pictures the pool is heated it connects outside, and is open until 11pm

and even though the pool water was cold the pool itself was nice and in good condition as was the room it
