i needed to amend my booking from two nights to one and add late check out at quite short notice and this was done quickly and professionally with no extra

we were very excited the outdoor swimming pool was open and we were able to swim in the early evening in a 30 degree pool

the outdoor heated pool was lovely even though it was freezing outside heated at around 32c was just perfect
