being with a child there is so good as they have timings to go to the swimming pool twice a day, child menu and a lounge perfect to have games while waiting for the food

swimming pool/spa could maybe do with some background relaxing music

swimming pool could be warmer!

unfortunately i did not use the pool but the jacuzzi was relaxing

the spa area was great and no extra charge to use the pool etc

busy in pool at times and not much opportunity to use hot tub when other guest stay in it for ages

spa and pool was very nice, as were the grounds

it would be great to have longer hours in the afternoon when children are allowed in the pool area

the outdoor pool was plenty warm enough to swim but not quite warm enough just to chill.

the outdoor heated pool was lovely even though it was freezing outside heated at around 32c was just perfect

the facilities were great for kids with a smaller paddling pool for our toddler

we had a queen balcony room and we absolutely loved it definitely booking again soon, the spa/pool was also very relaxing and clean, we got in both days for few hours each time

it has no spa facilities, only in-room massages and a unheated plunge pool but it was great for pool-based lounging and the occasional cold dip on a hot day

very little to comment here my only request would have been a heated swimming pool!

spa facilities were good, however i don't think we realised that the pool was unheated till we got there
