no pool is disappointing

on the ceiling and when we woke up in the morning we found ourselves in the entire room and a pool of water the neighboring room was leaking through the floor and soaked our entire room with

it was a very nice hotel and very reasonable. we booked at the last minute . breakfast was good.

early check in was appreciated as we were able to change to attend a funeral

hotel shuttle was available and the front desk and driver made it very convenient for us to use.

wingate provided a free shuttle back to the hotel after returning our car rental

the staff were very friendly, and the 24-hour shuttle service was very convenient.

shuttle service to airport was a great bonus too

the outdoor pool was clean and great too

only thing is i’m not sure it had a hot tub or an indoor pool

pool could have been cleaner the filter wasn't ever running my grandson and his dad, and i were
