kept messing up my reservation dates, misleading with the room rates that i initially secured, no room service (i cleaned it myself), the hallway had an unpleasant odor near the elevator, and (+) but i did not like the room service, i was from sunday to thursday and in those days they never did room service, the role (-) apparently they only provide room service every third day during covid (-)room service has to be requested at the front desk, and it's never available

the rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding, the pool was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was accommodating and
