kept messing up my reservation dates, misleading with the room rates that i initially secured, no room service (i cleaned it myself), the hallway had an unpleasant odor near the elevator, and (+) but i did not like the room service, i was from sunday to thursday and in those days they never did room service, the role (-) apparently they only provide room service every third day during covid (-)room service has to be requested at the front desk, and it's never available

we were given a complimentary breakfast which was lovely and the free shuttle to the airport was great

the gym and pool are small but useable, and the lobby area is set up well for business travel with

staff/shuttle was so very beneficial for our trip
