the breakfast was fab - and we had a lovely waitress who was very pleasant

at this property on our way from scotland to scarborough to break the journey up for the kids

if you'd had some kind of kids play area, it would have been the cherry on the cake but we can't have everything

it was quiet, there was plenty of parking spaces and free use of the leisure facilities including pool, sauna and jacuzzi were gratefully used after a long day walking

the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are clean and spacious and the gym and pool are fantastic.

sauna pool to small and heating won t turn of even telling the staff took nearly two days to cool

hotel caters for children with regards to outdoor activities and use of the pool but with regards to food i found this a little frustrating

first class swimming pool, spa, gym and the spa garden which had a hot pool

no alcohol drinks allowed in spa pool only in spa garden

i was not advised that the outdoor infinity pool was not included the spa experience and clearly extra

swimming pool was probably the best hotel pool i havce been in, very clean long and great contemporary

amazing bar area, loved the pool room

our breakfast was easily better than the ivy’s signature “full english”

love this place far from the madding crowd - the location the rooms the staff reception and bar and waiting on staff all superb - professional but friendly ( and have the patience of job )

had breakfast at the property and it was wonderful

the waiter was lovely as was the bar man

only thing i can complain about is that the pool bar was shut for over three hours while i was dying for an alcohol

the pool area was good, but with limited opening times for children

bath robes in room which would of been ideal to use for going to pool/spa

pool changing rooms need a serious update
