swimming pool was also a hit especially with the children as it broke the day up a little

the separate wellness gym and pool, sauna and jacuzzi area are modernised as it is meant to be by the time of return in

private courtyard, with patio table chairs and luxury hot tub - even allocated own parking space

1 person staying who didn't want to spend a fortune on a room for 1 night, lovely staff meals and breakfast were great, ambiance was lovely, loved the rustic miss match look, i couldn't fault the

location, plenty of free parking, clean room, comfortably bed, nice hot powerful shower

although we didn t use the gym or pool whilst there, to have the option is always a bonus

to town centre and durham cathedral i did not have breakfast the swimming pool was excellent car parking good safe and accessible friendly efficient and helpful

the swimming pool has a difficult access. there are steep stairs down from the changing rooms.

dietary restrictions, and very patient with our wild irish kids from reception, to restaurant to pool all staff were very nice

it was placed finding it was easy the pool was brilliant the hotel is nice with a nice chilled out atmosphere will stay

the bed is very comfortable and spa bath massive and luxurious

breakfast was room service n not red hot

the phoenix room was fantastic, laid in the massive spa bath watching tv and enjoying the complimentary prosecco was really nice and relaxing

plus there was plenty of parking on site

the swimming pool is excellent and large enough to swim in

hotel - fantastic location and reasonably priced with great facilities too - gym,swimming pool,sauna,steam room and

absolutely lovely hotel, room great, pool great, staff lovely

spa area great we just wished we paid extra for use of hydro pool etc

we were able to use the swimming pool which was really good and part of the soa complex

the pool the surrounding is abit grubby needs a good clean , when swimming could see dirty

use of the pool and sauna, hot tub etc was a nice bonus to the trip
