nothing to dislike other than reaching the hotel to late to use the swimming pool!

glen in bar was full on with recommendations for the drinks and adam (of the fantastic hairdo) looked after (-)the bar could have been open more (+)not aloud in the restaurant (we had our wee dog with us) the staff set up a table for us in the bar area (-)bar downstairs not open (-)had bar food on the friday evening and the service for that wasn't good enough (-)pity it was during covid tiers bar was closed but served in room which was better than nothing.

food, both the breakfast that was included, as well as the dinner we opted to have, were excellent

breakfast was amazing and very good! having breakfast in our hotel was very convenient!

the pool is a perfect temperature, clean and relaxing

no slippers were given, water jets in pool were broken, lots of wear and tear on items throughout

the spa was poor. sauna cool, foot spa just a sink with water. no pool. toilets out of order .

we had access to the pool and gym facilities which i thought was good as you don't always have this option at a

location as we went to the zoo and having a pool for kids was a bonus
