breakfast set us up for the day

meanwhile the humans had a wonderful dinner and a great breakfast

the staff were very friendly, the hotel was ideal for us as an older couple (kids now old enough to leave)

we then had a wonderful dinner and a drink in the bar before we retired for the evening

found garden spa too literal, not a conventional spa hotel.

drinks were a little slow in the bar area, but i think the member of staff was new and training up

lovely separate bathroom and shower room, room was massive and very comfortable, restaurant and bar area were excellent and very affordable

were comfortable & clean, great view from room, restaurant, bar lounge, friendly helpful staff, good sized bath

excellent evening meal and bar to socialize in afterwards

staff in the bar in the evening and at breakfast were really excellent

have been good to have use of the pool,but totally understandable due the situation we are

beautiful area, nice big room with a river view. great swimming pool, nice massage, tasty food.

we didn't use the spa or pool but will hopefully do so on any return

next time will check the pool timetable before planning our day

the pool changing rooms locker area was cold

a corby grouse press and ironing board in the room; a good size and wonderfully comfy bed and the pool

everything else was great...pool gym excellent room great spotless

the 25th january robert burns birthday and we had a swim in the afternoon in the leisure centre pool it was really good

did not use pool but overall more than satisfied.
