swimming pool was not open .. 2 times in a row

pool area wasn’t stocked with towels and we had to request them twice

excellent facilities, great location, great staff and great pool! i also loved the breakfast.

the pool was closed because of a chlorine issue. missed the swim.

a huge complaint, but the hot tub has a bump at your neck/back the way they built it like the pool, not a deal breaker just letting them know for next time, also the music in the workout room
