of the old town, less than 5 minutes walk to the aqueduct and the alcazar, out of season the bar is closed and the restaurant is only open for breakfast, however there are good places for

most comfortable hotel we stayed in during our time in spain- hotel infanta isabella is right in the centre of segovia and we were fortunate to have a

spa bath, double shower and quality toiletries

lack of noise insulation between rooms - noisy kids on corridors until early morning

dining area is very small and can have screaming kids

the swimming pool should be open for hotel guests and included in the price

art from the shock of having to pay extra for pool/sauna) and the valet parking worked perfectly

i had kind of presumed there would be a swimming pool but there

one of our party was unwell and the hotel accommodated an early check in

i asked for a late check out which wasn't possible but i was offered great, sensible and useful alternatives

no price list for laundry.

there are coin operated laundry machines in the building next door that hotel guests are permitted to use

we loved it :) everything we asked for from the reception was organised very fast, people at the bar and restaurant were very kind and helpful, housekeeping was great as well

we traveled with our two kids and loved the layout - our rooms were in a separate spot which felt very private

from an old mansion, with heavy, high timbered ceilings, lovely spaces inside and out, a bar and an excellent buffet breakfast

us with tourist information and organising a taxi for our departure, and the lady on duty at the bar in the evening

is one of the outstanding locations in the world for a hotel, room, pool, terrace restaurant
