the property was great, the pool, sport facilities, common areas, all great!

we love our room very close to the pool and the restaurant, breakfast was delicious love it!

our checkout time by one hour upon request and allowed us to use the facilities including the pool even after checkout

didn’t suit us, we had booked for convenience of location and laundry facilities and should have looked at area closer before booking - they were very fair and

i chose this hotel for the laundry but the laundry facilities were leaking and not working

anything about the management of the hotel, for example that i have to take the towels to the laundry so that they give me new

it was supposed to have two rooms and a kitchen, instead was one studio, with a queen bed tucked on one side, a single bed under the window

paint, leaky shower, dog/cat fur everywhere (my son’s black shirt got animal fur all over), kitchen window looked like it had never been cleaned

the kitchen sink was clogged and the heater couldn’t be turned on cus the power would go out

booked for a queen studio (kitchen stovetop & living room included ) & call for assistance that the cabin given was not what i

no eggs for breakfast, and no shade or privacy in the pool area

i heard the door slamming could not get much rest but the place was amazing and very clean pool

the pool lounge chairs were zip tied so we couldn't move them to be in the sun.

the pool and basketball court were lots of fun, very neat

the staff were friendly and so helpful, our rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, and the pool was the cherry on top

it gave me a great big bear feel as far as the nature the location and kitchen resources.
