facilities (swimming pool for my granddaughter)and the walk to see the county animals was amazing (-)the pool could open a little bit longer. (+) we loved the facilities of a gym, pool and a teen zone area all of which we made good use of then topped it all with a lovely meal in (+)lovely staff. most comfortable beds ever. great pool and spa areas. (+)very pleasant and cosy lounges. fantastic swmimming pool and very clean and very nice bedrooms (+)pool was great, bedroom was roomy. stay was magnificent the only downfall was the cafe and bar ect were not open

the guy working at the swimming pool area on monday spoke rudely to my husband.

facilities were great, pool, gym etc all really clean and had everything you needed for a few hours down time

sauna needs to be hotter needs a cold plunge pool (repurpose hot hydro pool) working lockers in spa snow machine is fun but wasn t working (-)swimming pool was being refurbished (+) we used the pool and spa facilities all spotless and relaxing (+) the pools were so warm and relaxing, especially the dark pool (coll), with jets of water being blasted (-)unfortunately the pool was closed during our visit but we were kindly booked into their (-) and the swimming pool area could do with a bit of tlc - there was quite a bit of chipped paint (-)shame the pool was closed for works (-) we wish the pool was open more often but we were happy with the service (-) we didn t have breakfast on the day we left as we wereonly allowed into the pool between 8-10am so we went there (+) the spa was truly amazing with different steam jacuzzi and snow rooms as well as the full length pool and overhead water jets

faultless, the hotel made it feel very homely. beautiful bar & staff!

staff were very welcoming, room was spotless and bed was very comfy, breakfast was incredible.

needed a phone charger no problem, room service was quick and good selection, complimentary mini bar, social hour, etc)

gym a bit trouble as needed to registered everytime.
