due to covid-19, gym and pool closed. no breakfast.

a perfect size, and the hotel was functional, the pool also was enjoyable, my brother loved the gym as well

ran out of bathroom too soon and pool water was not heated

also plenty of amenities, including a pool that opens at 9am and a great continental breakfast

the hotel employees were kind, breakfast was good & my kids enjoyed the pool

wanted to get in the pool too many children. however, they were having fun.

the pool is under maintenance but things happen so it was fine with us

kitchen came equipped with everything i needed. breakfast was free and there was a heated pool.

didn't like that the pool was freezing even they say it was heated

the gift shop and pool are under renovation and you cannot tell this until you get there.

i was excited about the spa tub but once i physically saw the lack of maintenance for it i refused to get it

staff were not friendly, there was no ac in the lobby, the pool area was dirty the entire time we were there and they never had towels by the pool or extra

the cold pool, not a deal breaker but really wanted a heated pool for indoor.

i like the fact the the breakfast is offer early to at least 10 or 10:30 and the indoor pool is open from around 8:30 to 11 at night

the bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds. enjoyed the gym and breakfast and very clean

i couldn't anybody at the pool or spa area, if i had a question i had to go all the way to the front desk
