for a 4 star hotel there was no tea or coffee facilities within the room, no laundry service or room service

staff is very supportive, and the rooms were super clean and every day we had room service

breakfast was ok but on the first day they ran out of scambled eggs & the second day didn't have

spa experience, some of the comments said the room was a bit dated but we found it extremely cozy

the breakfast was also decent, had a lot of good options

spa service is separated for the hotel (although in the same building)

having the restaurant and bar downstairs was so convenient and dinner was fantastic

it even had a small kitchen which of course we didn't need but lovely to have that option

this time i used the laundry facilities, which are very convenient

no tv in the room. not so much dishes in the kitchen.

the rooms are well maintained, and the on-site facilities are great, including padel courts, a gym, a swimming pool, and other games

and there was nothing available to eat the cafeteria was closed from 14:00 to 20:00 ditto for room service :-( the hotels reaction was to direct us to a cafe at the service station on the other (+)was nice but as a 4 star hotel i would have thought the restaurant would be open for room service but no service at all (*)room service cloaed, restaurant closed, no water in room ,no tea/coffee, no hair conditioner
