indoor pool it's a plus, we ended up using it

the xontinental breakfast was amazing- by far the biggest ive seen at a hotel

breakfast was awesome for being included in the hotel room rate

it’s like pretty much a rehab/ re-entry program for parolees and convicts i suggest not taking kids it’s

hotel was great, the staff was very helpful, parking was a breeze, bottled water on my nightstand, with a greeting on my tv when i opened the

room service was great as well and food was delicious

the spa was very expensive and didn't include a hot tub and steam shower in the ladies locker room

everything else, room, service, bar, room service

however, the service charges for room service delivery should have been waived

sometimes it was a little noisy with the restaurant and bar down the hall.

hotel itself is very nice, has a nice bar and the comfort of our room was excellent

having a restaurant and bar was very convient, especially for breakfast.

facilities, including gym were better than expected and loved how spacious bathroom was

the gym was really good and the parking was very convenient

use some updates, musty odor from heater, daughter was disappointed there was only an outdoor pool

it seemed more like a snack bar and

our sofa bed was very nice uncomfortable. kids had to sleep on our bed

so i could rest as there was a big high school group checking in and i needed sleep without noisy kids so they put me on a floor where they knew those kids wouldn’t be

party next door to my kids room. walls were apparently thin & their talking kept them awake.

everyone was great and friendly. bar staff was awesome.

the hotel is beautiful amd clean, the design of the room, the bar scene and lounge felt alive and energetic

no real complaints the only thing was the internet connection was not that good without the hotel wifi

very disappointed with the trash in the hallway outside the laundry room left from before my arrival and was still there when i left the next day

we had to take a two bed room that cost more than our reservation and next to the laundry room and elevator

to have to talk loud and strain to hear the front desk clerk over the loud mouths at the bar area
