indoor pool it's a plus, we ended up using it

hotel employee in the breakfast area was a super-star

the xontinental breakfast was amazing- by far the biggest ive seen at a hotel

breakfast was awesome for being included in the hotel room rate

booked a one bedroom suite for my fiancee, my 3 kids, and myself

love the kitchen area

clean, fresh, modern, nice gym, great location near interstate, great location near shopping and restaurants

liked how i was accommodated with early check in upon my arrival to the site

breakfast was early enough for those on the go, and lasted long enough to sleep in a bit

the breakfast was good and the parking was convenient.

breakfast was very good, however missed the waffles. staff was very courteous and helpful

i love being able to go down in the morning to an very nice breakfast

facilities, including gym were better than expected and loved how spacious bathroom was

seriously a drink at the bar would have gone a long way as a courtesy, but truly no one responded at all

front staff was great. helped w late check out!!! very friendly. bartender was great also

sometimes it was a little noisy with the restaurant and bar down the hall.

hotel itself is very nice, has a nice bar and the comfort of our room was excellent

customer service was great!clean comfortable lobby and room breakfast was good. great value.

needs a pool and hot tub

the pool should have been heated outside. too cold to go in.

but if they knew to let guess go into the elevator first and not to ride together with the hug laundry basket that would make our whole experience even better

was able to work out in the gym each

parking is behind the hotel with access only thru the front.very busy over the easter weekend.

was missing a jacuzzi in the pool area

nice large room and great breakfast.

the complimentary breakfast was really good compared to other hotels i've been to.

bed was comfortable, great bathroom and the made to order breakfast was excellent

love the bar food, good value for the money

gym needs to be modernized and better fitted out

party next door to my kids room. walls were apparently thin & their talking kept them awake.

keep clean in hall and laundry is very flithy

laundry machines are not clean

very disappointed with the trash in the hallway outside the laundry room left from before my arrival and was still there when i left the next day

we had to take a two bed room that cost more than our reservation and next to the laundry room and elevator

how the pool schedule is set up

to have to talk loud and strain to hear the front desk clerk over the loud mouths at the bar area

pool was open but cold water

everything was very clean and comfortable.the pool was wonderful.i would definitely stay again.

pool was closed due to some construction failure.

maybe pool open later but no one chased us out at 9 either
