staff waived the pet fee because we evacuated from florida due to hurricane milton

breakfast was great, if i had to say one negative thing about my stay it would be the words on my

great breakfast, been here several times.

additionally, the hotel-desk-clerks are proud to give different answers on whether or not the laundry facilities are working

they didn’t change the sheets after the last people that stayed there, since they didn’t have laundry facilities to clean them

no working ac units in two rooms so had to be moved rooms three times, no pool, no working guest laundry,6 out of order vending machines, dirty sheets, and to top it off horrible rude management

because that is only reason that we stayed there is for the kids to swim ,and so we again called staff and asked was the pool open she said yes

they have bed bugs an still tried to charge us for the room an my kids have bites all over them.

booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 kids but only had two towels when we got there

be able to relax in peace and quiet without hearing loud obnoxious people roaming the hallways or kids running back and

we were traveling during kids spring break and it was one of night to rest in returning way

there were several ants in the kitchen and bathroom.

my son got a chance to swim and we ate breakfast by the pool

me made noise during my entire trip complained several times to be told there were a bunch of kids in the room

it looks fairly new, the rooms were laid out well & had good amenities (fridge, range, & kitchen sink)

two-bedroom suite was very spacious with a generous kitchen and living room area

only issue was that there was no breakfast but i understood due to covid-19
