the staff was accommodating to my early check in which i greatly appreciated

no working ac units in two rooms so had to be moved rooms three times, no pool, no working guest laundry,6 out of order vending machines, dirty sheets, and to top it off horrible rude management

additionally, the hotel-desk-clerks are proud to give different answers on whether or not the laundry facilities are working

they didn’t change the sheets after the last people that stayed there, since they didn’t have laundry facilities to clean them

no pool cemented over, the carpet on the non smoking side was clean smoking the carpet was torn up and

out my window into a dirty pool

left too early for the breakfast, but it looked like it was probably a nice set up

we didn’t like anything about this place other than it was 15 minutes from the casino

when i get back from the casino it's usually 3am

i like the room and staff. the location is perfect for travel to either casinos.

it is also close to wetumpka where i go to the casino

heater worked in second room. no pet fee.

have one arm and someone took my parking but they would not help me to get my spot back so i could load my car more

i can overlook a lot of things but health and safety of my kids is one that i can’t do

we were traveling during kids spring break and it was one of night to rest in returning way

because that is only reason that we stayed there is for the kids to swim ,and so we again called staff and asked was the pool open she said yes

booked a room with 2 queen beds for 2 adults and 2 kids but only had two towels when we got there

they have bed bugs an still tried to charge us for the room an my kids have bites all over them.

the complimentary breakfast could be fresher. not much parking available.
